So here's my ultimate tiny haul that I just got today:
2 very lovable awesome items.
1) Rimmel Extra Super Lash Mascara in Black Black #101 $2.37 at Target (awesome price!)
2) NARS Orgasm $25 at Sephora. My most expensive item EVER in my makeup stash
I added TONS of pictures for y'all! I gave more of a ”picture-review” for the Rimmel mascara. And let me tell you how much i LOVE the curl power of this mascara. After curling my eyelashes the first time, I NEVER NEVER NEVER had to recurl EVER after I applied 1st coat, 2nd coat, AND after 6 coats. NEVER. Usually I have to recurl with my fingers after using a mascara, but OMG I didn't have to recurl once. (okay i lied. it did de-curl slightly, but it is so slight that you do NOT have to recurl your lashes)HOWEVER, this is the very first time I used this, so I have got no clue how this mascara will behave in the long run, but for the first time using it, and at ONLY $2.37, I absolutely love it. :) .
Just like it says on the package, it gives you a natural look the first time, and you have to apply lots of coats after to get a more dramatic look. But let me warn you, if y'all don't like having a natural-build-to-dramatic type of mascara, then this isn't for you. And even when I build my lashes to dramatic, it won't give you super extreme false eyelashes, but I like it like that, and it's my personal preference that I don't get super heavy lashes at the end. Also, it doesn't give you brittle lashes, but not super soft lashes either. But it does head towards the soft-lashes area. After you apply the mascara onto your lashes and it dries, and if you feel your lashes, it feels ”dry-ish”. There's no glossy feeling or hard-feeling to it.The lashes are flexible and still holds its shape. Since like I said, I haven't had this in the long run, I don't know how long this mascara lasts throughout the day and I do not know if it smudges or not.
This mascara is not a pain to remove. I use Pond's Cold Cream and it removes this stuff easily, but I use the cold cream really gently on my eye area. No eyelashes fell out, so that's good. I combed my eyelashes at the 4th coat ish. It did started slightly clumping at the 3rd coat, but the clumps are more prominant in the 4th, but the clumps really aren't horrible clumps at all honestly, and this is coming from a super picky person. I just waited until the coat dried, which didn't take long, and it was a quick comb through. It isn't one of those situations where you have to stand there all day combing making sure everything is right. After maybe 3-4 quick comb throughs, your clumps are gone and you can continue with more coats if you want.
And I bought NARS Orgasm, the blush I have been wanting to get and drooling over and I LOVE IT! But now my poor Visa gift card is all used up thanks to this pricey $25 blush, but I love the product nevertheless.
Lots of pictures after the jump :)
RIMMEL EXTRA SUPER LASH MASCARA
the packaging
ingredients list for those who need it. And whoo hoo! it DOES NOT have sulfa! So it's safe for me to use :)
1 coat. As you can see, 1st coat is a very natural look. And examine how this mascara totally did not un-curl ANY of my lashes. UNCOMBED lashes
2 coats UNCOMBED lashes
4 coats COMBED only a few times (the combing for this mascara is easy! it isn't the type where the combing messes things up) It starts to clump on the 4th coat, thats why I combed my lashes.
5 coats COMBED lashes
5 coats COMBED lashes
5 coats COMBED
6 coats RE-COMBED (just an extra light coat after the 5th)
in my hand
here's a close up picture to show y'all what it exactly looks like right when you take the wand out of the tube. Yes, you do have to dab off the goop at the end. That's one thing I don't like about this mascara though.

hope that helps some of y'all. :) I definitely will repurchase this mascara. And dangit, I completely forgot to pick up Birthday Suit lipstick cuz I was rushing :( I'll have to get it another time.
Thanks for looking!
EDIT: I did a extra review on MUA about this mascara if y'all want to take a look at it. I only gave this mascara a 3 because it couldn't build to a dramatic look effectively and it clumps in the process. I personally would like to have a mascara that I don't have to use a comb in any occasion. Although I didn't think the clumps were outrageously horrible, I agree with y'all that it isn't that great of a look to carry out, and I usually don't like wearing a thick of mascara in general. Just showing yall what different coats looks like with this mascara because most people don't do that in mascara reviews. But on a scale to rank this with other "natural-lash-mascaras", I'd say I'd give this a freakin 5 out of 5 for giving an effective, defined, non-clumped natural lashes.
