I don't have many advice...but i have a friend who lived in england for a year last year, she told me that the weather is quite rainy and fairly cold. be sure to take your mittens and such!

Go to the travel channel's website. They have really good info there!!! Just about every night before I go to bed I watch it on TV. They give places for tourist and non-touristy areas but mainly I watch it for the food! Hope that helps!!!

I'm from Scotland, and the weather is very topsy turvy. It's often a bit cold, some gusts of winds, erm.. not weather ideal for dresses and light tops anyways!! Be sure to bring a warm jacket :)

Where abouts in Scotland are you visiting?? If it's Edinburgh (capital city) then Prince's Street is super fun. Nice shops, there's lots of shopping centres for clothing and food such as Gyle centre.. Fort Kinnaird (the kind where you walk around in the open and see these big individual shops, not a shopping centre) :D

Yeah, BabyyCham is right... In London, you can get TopShop (but that's opening in the US isn't it?), go to Harrods, it's super expensive, but it's nice to window shop in, and there are other shops to go to in that area. Just wandering around you'll find lots of interesting places to take a look in, hope you have fun!

Oh forgot about the shops - there is indeed Topshops dotted around in Edinburgh + London! New Look's a nice place to shop in aswell.. Other clothing stores are small chains like Peacocks, Dorothy Perkins, little boutiques at the shopping centres.
