    I love Asian foods!
    Being Korean and raised by Korean parents, I eat Korean food everyday.
    xP
    Funny thing is, I’ve never lost weight because of it.
    Actually I’ve always stayed the same weight, never moving up or down.
    I never excised, so now I am and I hope I loose weight.
    Go Asian food! xD

    Kimchi, anyone?

    EDIT||
    Oh, here's a site for anyone who wants Korean recipes + videos:

    I have a poochy belly too =_=
    It is difficult to get away from processed sugars, carbs, etc. in America I think... because they are in everything! And hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup @_@ Hopefully I can move to Taiwan where we don't have subsidized corn and actually have functional public transportation so I can walk more...

    My mom cooks such healthy foods but when I go out I cannot help but to eat American snacks... and Caribou Coffee will be the death of me!!

    hahaha it's actually opposite for me, i never had a pooch when i lived in america. but now that i'm living in asia, omg at one point i actually thought i was pregnant. HAHA i guess just because in america, i find organic food and other healthy food more accessible as well as being a member of a gym. over here, i just eat anything and everything. esp the carbs! rice in every meal. i never used to eat this much rice, but now i look for it. hahaha

    ooh i just had kimchi today. <3

    for me, it's hard because i live in a communal house where we get our groceries from a typical canadian supermarket which doesn't sell ethnic foods. you make lemons out of lemonade. i'm used to rice and chinese veggies, tofu, etc. so i just sort of improvise and make rice with literally all the veggies i can find in the fridge and put it together. it's definitely a lot healthier than pizza every night.
