I do this "ultimate dance workout": Ministry of Sound, pump it up, it's a video. For me, it's a great source of cardio, and burns the calories, tones, etc. I can't run because my asthma makes it difficult and it hurts my knees.
Pilates and yoga to tone, videojug has some great videos.
Sit on me arse and play counterstrike source! LOL I'm such a geek! Well lets see I play tennis sometimes or umm i suppose my work is a workout in itself sometimes. I don't really exercise, I suppose thats not very good... LOL
I eat healthy. I try to eat according to the food pyramid. I try to get organic items as much as I can. I limit processed food intake. For instance, I'd rather get real butter (just made from cream with no salt) than margarine (sp?). I cook mostly from scratch and I need oil, I use EVOO and Canola Oil. I try to eat 5-6 mini meals a day and I don't eat anything 3 hours prior to bed. I exercise. I run 30 min on a treadmill every other day and in between those days I strength train (push ups, sit ups etc) I take vitamins. Omega's3-6-9, Multi Vita/Mineral, Acai, and Gingko Biloba (getting old and forgetting things already ;_; ) I sleep 9 hours. I am a morning person but if I don't get my 9, I am not happy!
I used to eat really healthy, over work, and run a lot. Now I just don't. I'm planning to start again soon, but i'll really need to be on a strict schedule cause I have school and work. I just have a really high metabolism so thats why I look healthy still.
I don't drive, and instead walk to places that I need to get to. If the grocery store's far away, I'm less temped to buy food that I don't need and are probably not healthy for me anyways. I do calisthenics, pilates, and stretching every day as well, even with school going on since it only takes an hour out of my day, otherwise I'd be sitting around procrastinating on the interweb, which would be counter productive. Being vegetarian helps, I suppose, but I try to avoid simple carbs like white bread, pasta, sweets, etc.
