I went as a cavewoman. I made my own costume and found this really cute shell necklace that I used as a headband. I think my choice of headgear threw a lot of people off so I just became "jungle hippie woman." haha Whatev.
I used Sally Hansen's Airbrush Legs all over my body. I thought it was a self-tanner but it was actually body make up! It was waterproof. I wore it all night and it didn't come off on any body. It came off with a loofah and a scrub in the shower.
I used the medium one.

Hi lovelies! I've been playing around with the lace braid again. I'm really self-conscious about my big forehead so I try to style my hair in a part as much as I can. I figured out a way to do it with a lace braid and was really happy with how it turned out.
Make up was simple. CG Foundation, Cargo bronzer, MUFE brown shadow, MAC Blacktrack and I think I swiped on a nude lipstick later. I don't think I'm wearing it in the pic.
Nails! I've been lemming gray polish for the longest and I finally bought a bottle yesterday.
Orly's ”Mirror, Mirror”- It even comes with a tiny mirror charm!
I found an old picture I did for the ulzzang challenge last year that I never had the courage to post. I think it's pretty funny even though I'm not making ”chimp” face. lol!
Here's a fotd from yesterday with my contacts in. I think they're a little less scary than the first time I posted since I toned down the eyeliner so they don't look so freaky orange.
For school:
I did a little headband braid but you can't see it in this picture. I wish my hair was thicker. =(
BellaSugar does a great how-to on how to learn a lace braid

I haven't had anything fun to post for awhile since I promised myself no more make up binging after IMATs. I swapped two of my shadows for a palette on MUA. I mailed my Casablanca trio for another swap, but the lady hasn't gotten back to me. I'm a little nervous even though she has a bunch of swap tokens.
Anywho, here is my FOTD with stuff I already have.
I added lashes and UD shadow in Fishnet to make it brighter for night. I also used MUFE HD foundation that I got at IMATs. This foundation photographs really well. My skin looks nice and smooth.
OOTD:
Black tube dress from H&M with some minor safety pin alterations (~$12)
Pink belt from Wet Seal ($2.99)
Shoes from Wet Seal ($24.99)
I love the shoes! They look like the ones at Aldo but way easier on my credit card.

Alright, thanks for looking girls!

I went to IMATS over the weekend in Pasadena. There was a lot of makeup, but mostly dramatic, theatrical makeup. My friend got her face painted for free. MUFE had 40% off all their makeup. The line was a little ridiculous, but I still stood in it to get the HD foundation and two shadows. I heard last year there was a goodie bag for people who donated to something and that MAC gave out pro cards. Neither things happened this year. I didn't really ask about the pro card but I think people paid a membership fee. It wasn't worth it to me since I hardly ever buy MAC.
My hauls:
I mostly stocked up on brushes and boring colors since I'm trying to ease up on the make up addiction. There were a ton of good quality brushes for around $3 or $4. I usually get the Sonia Kashuk brushes. I would say these brushes were just as good for 1/3 as much.
Small haul from the NYX and Stila sale awhile back:
